These Terms govern your access to and use of the the NetChalets.com site and related sevices and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and NeChalets. Please also carefully read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the NetChalets site or related services. Failure to use the Site, Application or Services in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

Accommodation owners and operators should understand how the laws work in their respective locations of business operations.

Terms of service

The Site and Services can be used to facilitate the identification and listing of holiday accommodation and the connection between holidaymakers and accommodation owners or operators. Holidaymakers may access accommodation listings and contact owners and operators through the services of the site free of charge but accommodation owners and operators must have registered for an account and have a valid and paid-for subscription in order to list their properties and receive communications from holidaymakers though the site and it’s services.

The site and services comprise an online platform through which property owners and operators may publish listings for accommodations and guests may learn about, contact and enquire about those accommodations and book directly with the hosts. Additionally it provides a service for site visitors to publicly post their accommodation requirements to the site and the site and services will pass those requirements on to selected accommodation owners who have a paid subscription.

You understand and agree that NetChalets is not a party to any agreements entered into between accommodation owners or operators and guests. NetChalets is not a tour operator, holiday or real estate broker, agent or insurer. NetChalets has no control over the conduct of accommodation owners and operators, guests and other users of the site, application and services or any accommodations, and disclaims all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge and agree that, by accessing or using the site, or related services you are indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree to these terms, then you have no right to access or use the site, application, services, or collective content. If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, "you" and "your" will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.

Please note that this site and services are intended to be used to facilitate property operators and guests connecting and booking accommodations directly with each other. NetChalets cannot and does not control the content contained in any listings and the condition, legality or suitability of any accommodations. NetChalets is not responsible for and disclaims any and all liability related to any and all listings and accommodations. accordingly, any bookings will be made at the user’s own risk.

Copyright Notice

Additional materials, trademarks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Accommodation owners listing their properties on the site agree than we may use the materials they include in their listings including but not limited to text, images and logos for the purpose of promoting the site and their accommodation.

Third Party Intellectual Property Policy

Individuals who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed either on this site or through other online services provided by NetChalets may contact NetChalets directly and request that the infringing material be removed or access to it blocked and NetChalets will investigate those complaints. Where NetChalets is satisfied that the infringement is taking place, it will take appropriate action. No intentional use of others copyright has been made by NetChalets. Third parties should be aware that content related the properties listed within this site are provided by the properties themselves. NetChalets takes no responsibility for copyright infringements made by those properties will investigate any claims made and take appropriate action.

Use of this web site and related activities constitutes acceptance of the terms of use set forth within this page. Any of the policies contained on this site are subject to change, without notice, upon public posting by NetChalets. No Endorsement

NetChalets does not endorse any accommodation. Listings are published on the site without bias or recommendation unless explicitly stated otherwise. In some cases some properties may be given increased exposure on the site or within marketing communications including but not limited to emails and social media for the purpose of promoting the listing and the site as a whole.

Property owner subscriptions and payments

Owners and property operators are required to pay for a subscription to list properties on the site. Subscriptions are charged yearly with payments being taken at the commencement of the subscription and run continuously for one year. Subscriptions will automatically be renewed at the end of the current subscription period. If you wish to cancel your subscription and not renew your payment you must use the cancel subscription functionality within the owner admin area of the site at least one day prior to the subscription renewal date.

Properties can be unpublished from the site at any time during the subscription period but subscription payments will not be refunded in whole or part.

Subscriptions may be amended to increase the number of properties included in the subscription at any time during the subscription period. Such property additions will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the time the additional property is added to the end of the current subscription period. When the subscription renews it will do so at the level which included all properties.

Properties removed from subscriptions will not be refunded or reflected in the cost of the subscription until the start of the next subscription period.

We reserve the right to edit chalet listings from time to time and without prior notice in order to rectify factual, spelling and grammatical errors, and make stylistic changes to improve the quality and accuracy of the listing information given.

Privacy

You agree that NetChalet’s Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time) governs NetChalet’s collection and use of your personal information. The Privacy Policy can be found here.
