I hope you're well and many thanks for your enquiry.

I can confirm that we have availability in La Petite Ourse from the 22nd December 2016 until the 2nd January 2017 (or a day later - both sets of dates were on your request but we can do either and the price would stay the same!) and we'd love to have your group to stay. I've outlined below a bit more about the chalet and our service but please don't hesitate to contact me either by phone or email though if you have any further queries.

The Petite Ourse has the following room layouts:

- Citron vert room - double

- Myrtille room - double / twin beds with an adult-sized bunk bed as well

- Sitting room - double sofa bed

It's also got a private outdoor hot tub, an honesty bar and gorgeous views over the valley. The bedrooms have either a luxury shower or a shower over the bath. We are a 4 minute walk from the centre of the village and the ski bus stops close to the chalet. We also provide daily shuttles straight to the lifts (about 3 mins in the car).

We provide half board (breakfast, afternoon tea, 4 course dinner with lots of wine) 6 days of your stay and on our day off we can book you in to one of the local restaurants. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the village - so you'll be spoilt for choice on our night off!

Our chalets are beautifully furnished with every modern luxury you would expect (wifi, Wii, TV, DVD player etc) but they still retain a friendly and cosy charm.

I've outlined below what our prices include:

- All towels and linen - a hairdryer is also provided in each room to save you valuable luggage space!

- Use of the chalet facilities throughout your holiday - hot tub, TV, Wifi internet access, films, music, Wii, books, games etc.

- Storage for skis and boards and heated boot warmers so warm feet never need to go into wet boots

- A UK plug socket in each room

- L'Occitane en Provence toiletries in each bathroom

- Luxury under floor heating to keep you toasty

- The Absolute Alpine team on hand to offer any advice, recommendations or assistance you may need

- Breakfast every day - a fresh continental breakfast with daily hot option

- Four course evening meal with wine on 6 nights - on our night off, we will happily pre-arrange a restaurant from one of the lovely local eateries for you

- Shuttle service to the ski lift (3 minutes in the car) unless you would prefer to take the ski bus (50m from the chalet)

The price for the week of Thursday the 22nd December 2016 until Monday the 2nd January 2017 will be £1,140 per person (so £6,840 in total) and that would be on a sole occupancy basis.

Chalet Joli is located in one of the older parts of Morzine. It has been completely renovated retaining all the Savoyarde charm that one would expect to make your stay memorable. Thanks for your email and hopefully we can help but if you want a catered chalet the ONLY available option over Xmas and New Year would be for sole occupancy as we do not sell chalets on a room by room basis, unless with a partner operator at Skiworld. Our own chalets complement what they offer but only for groups of 6 or more.Did you have any max budget and what would be the min bedrooms required, though am assuming 3? Already had some snow there so looks like another great season ahead.

We can offer you a stay from 22nd December - 02nd January and the cost is £1070 per person.

Here's some information on the chalet and the service we provide.......

The beautiful Stag Lodge is our biggest chalet and has an "Alpine Chic" style. It sleeps 13 people in 6 luxury bedrooms (5 double/twin rooms and 1 triple room). All rooms are a good size, four of which are en-suite whilst the other two bedrooms share the same bathroom. This is ideal for families or groups of friends as the bathroom is larger and features a bath with an overhead shower.

The main lounge and dining area upstairs is a modern & open plan space with plenty of leather sofas and large dual aspect windows that flood the room with natural light. Here you can enjoy the views down the valley to the Pleney lift. Also in this room is a large rectangular dining table and the kitchen where you can watch your hosts prepare your delicious four course evening meal. Outside on the south facing balcony you will find the hot tub to relax in after a big day on the mountain.

After dinner you can enjoy a glass of wine on the sofas in front of the central log burner or head down to the TV Room to watch a film or play a game of table football.

Stag Lodge is located in the Nyon area of Morzine. To get to the ski slopes and town we offer a very flexible “pick up and drop off” service which is effortless. Our nearest telecabine is only a 2 minute drive down the road!

We have availability in Chalet Joran from the 22nd to the 29th December.

Chalet Joran, in Morzine, would be perfect for your group- it’s a stunning 4 bedroom chalet that sleeps up to 8 adults and 4 children in a really great location, perfectly placed to access the best skiing in the huge Portes du Soleil ski region, you’ll never run out of new pistes to explore, as well as being ideally located to get to the ski schools, both in Morzine and Avoriaz.

We have a large open plan living area with amazing views up the valley out of the picture windows. The open fire, leather sofas are perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes along with the outdoor hot tub in the large garden which backs on to forest and has great views of Morzine and Avoriaz.

We pride ourselves on the food we make; fresh breakfast each morning, homemade cakes in the afternoon and a delicious 3 or 4 course evening meal with carefully selected wines. As well as separate children’s meals, which we liaise with you about prior to your stay in order to make sure they get the food that they will like!

The chalet is sold only as sole occupancy so you would not be sharing with any other guests making your time with us as relaxing as possible.

We offer a flexible lift drop and collection service for your convenience, the chalet is well also on the free bus route - as well as being just a 10 minute walk to town. With the main brand new Avoriaz telecabine just a 3 minute drive in our minibus taking you straight up the most snow sure area in the region.

We, along with our trusted staff, are there to look after all your needs. We are able to help with all parts of your holiday; whether it’s finding out about ski schools, husky sledging or restaurant reservations, we can get in touch on your behalf, or put you in touch with some great companies. We can collect your lift passes for you, so no queueing on your first morning. We also work closely with the ski rental company, All Mountain Rental who deliver and fit your equipment at the beginning of your stay and collect them at the end - they offer a 20% reduction if ordered on line.

The price for the week is £9000 catered.

Thanks for your enquiry and interest in staying in Chalet Aventure. We can offer you the dates arriving Friday 23rd December and departing Monday 2nd January. We can offer you a per person price of £1300 on a shared chalet basis in three rooms, or we can offer you exclusive use of the whole Chalet for £17000.

We offer a traditional Christmas dinner on Christmas Day and a special 5 course meal on New Years Eve complete with Champagne cocktails and canapes.

Chalet Saskia

Boasting a spa area comprising of showers, a brand new 8 person sauna and a state of the art 6 person hot tub on the terrace, surrounded by spectacular views all around... relax those achy muscles in style! This chalet is a favourite of (groups of friends/couples/groups of couples/families) looking to indulge in a little extra space and luxury on their holiday with fine cuisine. Chalet Saskia is very comfortable and spacious, every room has en-suite facilities, there are two spacious living rooms plus a separate games room with TV, bar-football and table-tennis. We have ski lockers and boot warmers both at the chalet and at the lift station to make life as easy as possible.

Our head chef Marcus has built up a loyal following during his 20 years of with us – many return just for the mind blowing culinary experience that he produces! Saskia’s location allows its guests to enjoy the unencumbered and breathtaking views of the Romanche Valley whilst being just 200 metres from the lift station.

Saskia has a minimum occupancy of 20 persons for exclusive use or 10 per wing – it can hold up to 26 in total or 13 per wing, each wing has it's own lounge and dining area. On some dates we do offer Saskia on a room by room basis.

The price per person is £824 (down from £915) for half board to include: Accommodation, breakfast, dinner (5+ courses and tailored to your preference), afternoon tea, daily cleaning, fine wines, Ski Peak service. We can also organise transfers and lift passes in advance for you. As a Ski Peak customer you are awarded a 30% ski hire reduction in shop.

Vaujany itself is a beautiful alpine village which enables you the quickest and easy access to the Alpe d'Huez skiing domain (250km of pistes) which goes up to Pic Blanc at 3300 and descends to 1200m - the largest pisted vertical descent you can ski in the world, that is linked back into the lift system at its base. It really does cater to all levels of skiing. The resort is extremely well equipped with facilities usually found in large resorts such as an indoor, international ice skating rink, bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, sports hall, world renowned garderie (crèche), over five après bars, seven restaurants and four ski shops.
