About Us

Pure Alps is run by Jayne & Sid Harman. We love skiing, and a few years back had this crazy idea to build our 'dream chalet' and move to France. It took us a few years, but Chalet Nordchamp is finally completed. We quit our corporate jobs in London and now live and work here in Samoens all year round. We can't think of a better way, or place, to live.

Chalet Nordchamp

We've created a contemporary ski chalet with lots of space and lots of light. We're fans of Scandinavian design, and you'll find lots of little Scandi touches around the place (vintage Lindshammer glass coat knobs are a particular favourite). Outside there's a garden that's mostly laid to lawn, a sheltered terrace that's perfect for long lazy summer evening meals, and a fire pit. Because chatting with friends around a fire beats watching the telly any day of the week.
